Nippon Set

This is a set representing the taste of authentic Japanese sushi. All sushi except sushi with salmon are more or less the traditional sushi you may find in “Edomae Sushi” that is the origin of the modern sushi. Sushi with salmon was recently introduced to Japan and some Edomae Sushi restaurants do not offer it.

This set consists of 30 pieces in total:

• 2 Marinated Tuna Nigiri
